Single Serve Apple Crumble

There’s something magical about the smell of a freshly baked dessert, especially on a chilly evening. A single serve apple crumble captures this warmth perfectly. It combines tender apples with a crispy, buttery topping, making it a delightful way to enjoy a comforting treat without the hassle of baking an entire pie. Not only is it easy to make, but it also offers a personal touch every time you serve it.

Makes 2 servings | ⏱️ 25 minutes | gluten free 🌾 | contains oats
Crumble Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
Filling Ingredients:
2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C).
Divide the apples between two small baking dishes.
Divide the filling ingredients in half, sprinkle them over the apples making sure to coat the apples well.
Mix the crumble ingredients together in a small bowl.
Evenly distribute the crumble mixture into the two baking dishes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
