Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 cups basil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast


Instructions:

  1. Place the basil, garlic, pumpkin seeds, salt, nutritional yeast, and 1/4 cup of olive oil into a food processor.

  2. Blend while gradually incorporating the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil.

  3. Place in a glass jar and keep for up to a week.
