Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
2 cloves garlic
2 cups basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Place the basil, garlic, pumpkin seeds, salt, nutritional yeast, and 1/4 cup of olive oil into a food processor.
Blend while gradually incorporating the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil.
Place in a glass jar and keep for up to a week.
