Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup brewed coffee

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 plant milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 cuo vanilla plant-based yogurt

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for the top)


Instructions:

  1. Combine the oats, coffee, chia seeds, plant milk, maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder in a large glass container. Stir thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, take the oats out of the fridge and stir them well. Split the oats between two jars, then add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to each jar.
