Makes 3 cups | ⏱️ 10 mins | gluten free 🌾
Ingredients:
2.5 cups cabbage, shredded
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Begin by placing the shredded cabbage and crushed garlic into a large glass jar.
Combine the vinegars, water, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Stir and heat until the salt and sugar have dissolved.
Pour the liquid over the cabbage and allow it to sit until it cools before refrigerating.
Note:
Store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Use on nourish bowls, chilli and in sandwiches.
