Croutons have become a staple in the kitchen, taking simple salads and soups to the next level. Ingredients:
6 large pieces of day old bread
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Begin by slicing your bread into 1/2-inch squares.
Put the bread in a medium bowl and cover it with olive oil.
Then, add the dried rosemary, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and stir.
Arrange the croutons on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch one another.
Bake for 45 minutes. Allow them to cool before tossing them onto a salad or into a soup.
