Filling Ingredients:
3 cups frozen blueberries
3 cups frozen raspberries
Zest of one lemon
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
1/4 chopped pecans
2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 light brown sugar or maple syrup
Instructions:
Combine the filling ingredients in a spacious glass baking dish and mix thoroughly.
Combine the oats, almond flour, pecans, cinnamon, light brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for 25 seconds until it melts, then drizzle it over the oat mixture and mix thoroughly.
Spoon the crumble over the berries, spreading evenly.
Bake the berry crumble at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
