Green Goddess dressing is more than just a condiment; it's a vibrant flavor bomb that can elevate your everyday meals. Known for its creamy texture and unique blend of herbs, garlic, and tangy elements, this dressing is perfect for salads, dips, and pastas.


Makes 3/4 cup | ⏱️ 5 mins | gluten free 🌾


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup basil

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2 tsp dried dill or fresh dill

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 lemons, juiced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup cashews or walnuts

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

  • 5-7 sprigs of green onion


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust with salt.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
