Makes 3/4 cup | ⏱️ 5 minutes | gluten free 🌾
Ingredients:
1/2 block Firm tofu (roughly 175 - 200 grams)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of two lemons
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Begin by pressing your tofu to release as much liquid as you can.
Next, slice the tofu into small squares or break it into small pieces.
Add all the remaining ingredients to a medium mason jar and stir.
Add the tofu, cover with the lid, and shake.
Allow the tofu feta to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.
