Ingredients:
3/4 cup panko or crushed corn flakes for a gluten free option
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plant milk
Instructions:
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Cut the tofu into slices that are 1/4 inch thick.
Pour the plant milk into a bowl.
In another bowl, combine the panko and seasoning and stir.
Dip each tofu slice individually into the plant milk, then coat it with the panko mixture.
Position the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning the slices halfway through.
